What I actually do

Most of the work comes down to three things. Finding where time, effort, and money are slipping. Then building systems that multiply what your team already does. Not replacing people. Letting them do more with less.

Process Transformation

Most clients come in with an idea of what they need. My first job is to understand it properly. I sit with them, map out how their business actually runs, and find where time and effort are being lost. Manual handoffs, systems that don't talk to each other, repetitive work that shouldn't need a person at all. Then I show them what's possible. Honestly. What AI and automation can fix, what it can't, and what's actually worth building for their specific situation. From there we decide together.

Intelligent Systems

There are two layers to this. The first is automation. You have processes that run the same way every time. We map them out, then build systems that carry them out on your behalf. Think of it as giving your SOPs a set of hands. The second is AI. This is where you stop pre-defining every step and let the AI figure it out instead. Given enough context about your business, it reads documents, handles tasks, makes decisions, and executes work without you having to choreograph every move. Together, that's what an intelligent system looks like. Workflow automations for the predictable. Agentic AI for everything that needs judgment.

Conversational AI

Some businesses get more customer requests than they can handle. Others don't have anyone on it at all. Either way, customers need answers and there aren't enough people to give them. Conversational AI fixes that. We feed the system everything about your business: your documentation, your FAQs, how you operate, what you offer. It learns your business, not just language in general. So when a customer asks something, it draws from what actually pertains to you and responds in a way that's clear and human. Not a copy-paste from a document. It handles the front-facing work around the clock, without needing to be managed. Your team focuses on what actually needs a person.

UK Lettings Industry

A 3-hour job, done in 15 minutes

Every property checkout meant a lettings manager sitting down with check-in and check-out photos, comparing them manually, writing up a report, and hoping they got it right. For smaller agencies, that volume of work meant either hiring more people to keep up or falling behind. Either way, the cost was real.

Built an end-to-end adjudication system. Photos go in, a TDS-compliant report comes out. GPT-4o Vision compares check-in against check-out, flags damage, assigns liability, and generates a formatted report ready to send. Agencies that could not afford to hire got their time back. Checkouts moved faster, reports landed quicker, and every stakeholder, landlords, tenants, property managers, walked away with something they could trust.

Built the entire fulfilment and operations pipeline

Heart and Tale had a product, personalised storybooks with a customer's likeness illustrated into the story, but no infrastructure to deliver it. Nothing had been built yet. They needed the entire fulfilment operation created from scratch.

Built the AI face swap system and the complete pipeline around it. Before this, fulfilling one order meant manually handling the likeness swap, checking the output, preparing the files, and sending everything out. For every single order. Now the whole thing runs itself. Order comes in, the face swap technology processes the likeness, output lands in a custom QA dashboard for review, approved files go straight to rendering and delivery. What used to be hours of work per order became a process that needs no one to manage it.

From hours to under 60 seconds, around the clock

iHope's support team was carrying the full weight of customer care manually. During off hours it got overwhelming. Leads slipped through the cracks. Requests went unanswered. Updates were not being passed on. Customers were not being adequately taken care of and there was no streamlined way to fix it. Everything was fragmented.

Built a system that made WhatsApp the single organised outlet for all of it. Every customer interaction is now tracked. The bot knows the history, picks up from where the last conversation left off, handles the repeatable questions that were eating up the team's time, and hands off to a live agent when needed with full context already in place. Time spent answering the same questions over and over is time that could go somewhere else. That time is back.

Alternative Agency — AI video content pipeline

Marketing & Content Agency

A packaged system for producing realistic AI video content at scale

The Alternative Agency needed a way to package AI video content creation for their clients. Realistic, campaign-ready content at a pace and cost that made commercial sense. They decided to test the concept with fashion reels across seven niches.

Built a system that makes it possible. Brief goes in, realistic fashion reels come out across luxury fashion, streetwear, sustainable fashion, modest fashion, activewear, bags, and jewellery. The system is packageable, meaning it can be adapted for any brand, any campaign, any niche. The cost of running it is not zero. But compared to paying for shoots, videographers, editors, and production time, it is negligible.

I'm Deji, based in Lagos. I've worked with businesses based in the UK, Nigeria, and the US.

The work starts with a conversation. I sit with people, look at how their operation actually runs, and find where time, effort, and money are being lost. Then we build something to fix it. AI and automation are what I reach for. But the goal has never been to deploy AI for deployment's sake. The goal is a business that runs better.

I didn't come up through a traditional software engineering program. My background is operations, working in startups, sitting close enough to founders and small business owners to see how things actually run. The problems that slow businesses down tend to repeat. Marketing. Ops. Things falling through the gaps between teams. I'd seen all of it before I ever touched AI. When AI and automation came along, it clicked pretty fast where it could go. Every gap I'd watched businesses struggle with for years, there was now a way to close it. Properly. Without hiring a dev team. Without a six-month project. Most of the time, people just didn't know what was possible.

I started Autimized because I wanted businesses in less developed parts of the world, especially here in Africa, to have access to the same operational leverage that well-resourced companies elsewhere take for granted. The tools exist. From what I've seen, most people just don't know what's possible, or have someone to build it for them.
